1. Scope
This policy applies to qrcodemake.ai and its QR code generator, template and information pages. QR Code Make is a front-end utility and does not offer accounts, cloud project storage, contact forms, paid plans or scan-history records.
2. QR editor data
Text, URLs and other values entered in the editor are processed by code running in your browser to generate the current QR preview and exported file. We do not operate an application database that saves this editor content or restores it after the page is refreshed.
Downloaded files are saved to the location selected by your browser or device. Once downloaded, they are under your control.
3. Hosting and security data
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process request metadata needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information and security signals.
This processing supports content delivery, abuse prevention, reliability and troubleshooting. Cloudflare handles such data under its own privacy and data-processing terms.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-S9S0MHBTBB to understand aggregate site usage. The default implementation may collect page views, referrer information, session statistics, browser and device details and approximate geographic information.
Google Analytics may place first-party cookies such as _ga containing a pseudonymous client identifier. Google states that IP addresses are used at collection time to derive approximate location and are discarded before being logged in Analytics. Google processes Analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Cookies and browser controls
Analytics cookies help distinguish sessions and estimate visitor counts. You can block or delete cookies through browser settings, use private-browsing features or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking Analytics cookies does not prevent the QR editor from creating a code.
6. What we do not collect through product accounts
- No account profile, password or login history.
- No cloud-saved QR project or draft.
- No scan history tied to a user dashboard.
- No billing or payment-card information.
- No sales, support or contact-form submission.
7. Sharing and sale
We do not sell QR editor content or personal information. Data is disclosed only to infrastructure and analytics providers as described above, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users.
8. Retention
QR editor values are not retained in an account or project database operated by us. Cloudflare and Google retain service and analytics information according to their configurations and policies. You can remove locally stored Analytics cookies through your browser.
9. International processing
Cloudflare and Google operate globally, so technical and analytics data may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Their contractual and technical safeguards apply to those transfers.
10. Your choices and rights
You can stop using the site, block or delete cookies and clear browser data at any time. Because QR Code Make has no user account or project database, we generally cannot identify or retrieve an individual visitor from an editor value.
Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights over personal data held by Cloudflare or Google. Requests concerning data controlled by those providers should be made through their published privacy channels.
11. Children
The site is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children for the collection of personal information. Do not encode another person’s sensitive information in a QR code without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
12. Policy changes
We may update this policy when site behavior, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
