1. About the service
QR Code Make is a free front-end utility for creating, previewing and downloading QR code image files. In these terms, “QR Code Make,” “we” and “us” refer to the operator of qrcodemake.ai.
The site does not provide user accounts, cloud project storage, a sales service, paid plans, an API or a scan-history dashboard.
2. Browser-based operation
Content entered in the editor is processed in the active browser session to create the QR preview and download. We do not provide a server-side project database for this content. Refreshing or closing the page may clear the current edit.
A QR code normally contains the destination or text supplied by you. After download, changing that destination requires creating and distributing a new QR code unless the destination itself is a redirect service controlled by you.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the tool only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content encoded in every QR code you create.
- Do not create QR codes for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, harassment or unlawful content.
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
- Do not interfere with the site, bypass security measures, automate abusive traffic or attempt to damage availability.
- Do not represent QR Code Make as endorsing your content, product or destination.
4. Your responsibility
You must confirm that every URL, phone number, payment address, WiFi credential or other value is accurate before publishing the QR code.
Always test the exported QR code with multiple devices and at the intended print size. You are responsible for contrast, placement, print quality, destination safety and any costs or consequences caused by the encoded content.
5. Third-party destinations
QR codes may open websites, apps, payment services or other destinations operated by third parties. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. QR Code Make does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their availability, content or transactions.
6. Site and content rights
The QR Code Make name, site interface, original copy and site code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the site or its branding.
Rights for exported QR files are described in the QR Code Content License. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, move or be removed, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We do not promise permanent availability or compatibility with every browser, camera, printer or scanner.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site, an unreadable QR code, an incorrect destination, third-party content or loss of an unsaved edit. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the tool, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page shows the current version. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply to future use.
10. Applicable law
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the website operator and the visitor. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11. Language versions
Translations are provided for convenience. If versions differ in meaning, the English version is the reference version to the extent permitted by law.
